Furthermore, Salmond believes that a large proportion of politicians contained within its corridors of power are nothing more than (quote) ‘incompetent Lord Snootys’ (unquote).

I’m sure that the Rosyth dockyard on the Firth of Forth will soon find new ships and submarines to repair and refit when it loses its English ‘Lord Snooty’ contracts.
